I mainly work with watercolors, but sometimes I feel that something else wants to come out of my hands. Then I take the acrylic paint and a large canvas. I only make large paintings. And very often I do not only stick to acrylic paint but I look for herbs, spices and dried flowers to finish the whole so that it feels balanced to me.

When I first combined watercolor and black ink it gave such a chaotic mess that I almost stopped experimenting with these art mediums. But my intuition told me to do it differently, not to use the existing techniques, but to find my own way. I did that and from that moment on I never wanted to use another medium to put my colorful feeling on paper.
